DELIVERY INFORMATION

We take great care in preparing and sending your order so it arrives in perfect condition. While we do our best to deliver promptly, sometimes delays occur that are beyond our control — in those cases, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Taxes & duties – All EU orders are delivered with no additional fees on delivery. Import VAT is fully handled by us.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

•        UK: 1–2 business days
•        Europe: 4–6 business days
•        International: 7–16 business days

Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. During busy seasons (such as Christmas) or during sever weather, please allow a little extra time for your order to reach you.

WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED
If we ever agree on a specific delivery date and it can’t be met, we’ll notify you and offer either a new delivery date or a full refund. Delivery times are estimates. They are not guaranteed, and we can’t be held liable for losses caused by delivery delays.

TAKING DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel, or let us know a safe place where it can be left. Once the order has been delivered (either to you directly or left in your nominated safe place), it becomes your responsibility, and the ownership transfers to you.

STOCK & AVAILABILITY
If an item you’ve ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll email you with your options, to wait for restock, choose an alternative, or receive a refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When ordering from outside the UK, you are the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of your country. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees when it arrives, and these are your responsibility. Customs policies vary, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. Packages may be opened and inspected by customs, so we cannot guarantee the packaging will remain untouched. Please note that UK consumer protection laws may not apply to international orders.
