Subscription Commitment 

To receive the introductory 20% subscriber savings, subscriptions include a minimum commitment of two orders.

After your second order has been delivered, you may pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.


How NAORI Subscriptions Work

1. Choose your ritual
Select any individual product or combination of products and choose the subscription option directly on the product page.

2. Set your rhythm
Choose the delivery frequency that suits your life: every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks.

3. Manage with ease
Create your subscription account to manage everything in one place.
You can update products, delivery frequency, or address anytime via My Account in the Footer.

4. First delivery
Your first subscription order is prepared and sent within 48 hours.

5. Ongoing deliveries
After your first order, deliveries are sent automatically based on your chosen schedule, on or close to the same date each cycle (or the next working day).

6. Full flexibility
Pause or cancel your subscription at any time (but at least 2 days before your next dispatch). If payment has already been taken before then, a full refund will be issued.

7. Changes & support
We do our best to accommodate last-minute changes.
To guarantee updates, please make changes at least 2 working days before dispatch.

8. Payments
Your card is charged at checkout for the first delivery.
For ongoing orders, payment is taken automatically up to 24 hours before each dispatch.
